AMP House Serviced Offices is located opposite East Croydon train and tram stations with 15-minute links to central London.
With refurbished spaces, amazing views and facilities including car parking, meeting rooms, security, breakout spaces, tea points, networking events, AMP House is a very successful business hub - a building that stands out from the rest.
Scaramanga was appointed to take over their social media marketing and content creation in the summer of 2024.
AMP House had outsourced their social media to another agency, before moving over to Scaramanga, but their engagement on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram was non-existent, so they were posting into the abyss.
There was no brand consistency or brand recognition. The copy and hashtags were not optimised, and no key words being used, which meant they weren’t being seen.
AMP House recognised the need for change, especially with opportunities arising from the closure of another serviced office nearby. To attract new tenants, they needed to elevate their social media strategy and showcase their impressive facilities effectively.

Our approach
We worked closely with the team to identify key messaging for AMP House, understand their target audience and what value they add to companies wanting to move into the building.
Shining a light on the services they offer and what makes them different was key.
We designed new and on brand social media graphics templates, to highlight testimonials, discounts etc, which has improved brand recognition immeasurably.
We also highlighted that a team member needed to have a personal brand on LinkedIn, enabling us to add the personable side of the business and put a face to a name. We build connections on their personal LinkedIn and then invite them to follow the business page.

AMP House is committed to its tenants and works hard to stand out as a serviced office space. One such way is by hosting added-value events.
These events are held throughout the year and include pop-up events, awareness days, business get-togethers and pastry Wednesdays. These events add a little something extra, create a community within the building, help networking and create collaboration with other local businesses.
These added value events also give us great content to shoot and schedule for social media and have helped us grow their pages and increase enquiries.
Design and reels
We regularly film events within the building to create reels for social media. We connect with organisations and charities coming into the building to hold workshops and more. Charity work is something AMP House is passionate about and we use our content to raise awareness and help tenants to be more involved and make a difference.
Community is extremely important to AMP House and there is never a week where something isn’t happening, and this means editing content very quickly for stories and round up posts the same week. Posting on stories is crucial as tenants are made aware the event has started and where it is taking place.
Since working with AMP House, we have grown their engagement significantly across all platforms, increased brand awareness and created an online community. There is an increased in viewings, enquiries and new tenants moving in.
Their added value and events have helped elevate their presence and show that AMP House isn’t just a building to work in but to feel valued in and also listened to. The team takes feedback very seriously and are constantly working hard to improve the services and environment.
